Несмотря на то, что данный турнир был обречен еще до того, как вы об этом узнали и что было подтверждено уже в первый день игр, это все равно будет первым чемпионатом в истории данного проекта. Разумеется и не последним. Но не будем ни забегать вперед ни дискутировать по поводу причин и поиска ответов, что же здесь было не так и почему так все закончилось.

Я лишь хочу выразить огромную благодарность тому, кто задумал превратить идею о чемпионате в реальность - организатору данного мероприятия JudgE и тем немногим игрокам, которые подошли к этому турниру со всей ответственностью и были на всех играх. Я не буду здесь называть имен, вы сами прекрасно все знаете. Также кому-то стоит задуматься о том, насколько наплевательски и неуважительно они отнеслись к своему общему товарищу и коллеге по игре, который организовал для них этот чемпионат.

For the next two weeks there will be preparations for NS.BoxG.LV Random Classic Championship where each player can make application of the participation in this championship. It will be a classic tournament between randomly created teams. For more info and championship rules please visit our forum. This topic is originally in russian language and will be translated to latvian and english soon.

Today we have moved for the first time to 11th place at the top NS servers. One more little jump and we will be at the top 10 :) I am grateful to all who has made it possible and continue doing it. Also I am very proud that our server is server №2 in Europe and this is not end :)

Our bans system is finally upgraded. Old plugin and database query library rewriten. Now it supports database issues and have a lot of imporved functions. Because of that all old bans have been removed.

But I am warning now that every laming, abusing, cheating, insults and disrespect to other players, admins and this server will be cruelly pinished. Do not hope now that we will get database problems or that I will be kind to someone who insult or disrespect other players.

Team management plugin was installed due to a lot of readyroomers when game finished after some minutes. But, on the other hand, it has brought other problems such as inability to end game when it is realy finished. Thats because I added a new function to the original plugin. Now players can end the game earler. In other words, team can vote for surrendering.

New chat command available for all players in team: say /surrender

Forgot to say you that we got a new our online record - full server (32 slots) some days ago and there is also our rank in GameTracker moved up to 13th place :)

Finally web-site is updated to new engine version 0.7 which includes a lot of security, access control and some optimization improvement. And the main update you can find it''''s forum module first release. Welcome to the our forums!

There are also minor updates in all others modules and plugins and the most important changes are: user simple profile and profile editing, chat panel and "Remember me" button which should you autologin :)

NS: Territory plugin removed due to some bugs. I will add it back after some fixes. There are also 2 plugins removed because of unpopularity: MvM, AvA. Let me know if you want to play it someday.

Our server introduces NS:T plugin, which heavily modifies gameplay of Combat Maps.

You can think of NS:Territory as a step between Combat and NS Classic. You still have the experience/level system of Combat, but with a few strategy elements from Classic. You need to capture, build and hold key positions on the map and attack the enemy controlled positions.

We''re currently running NS:T in Sequence mod. For those, who ask how to play it - you have to capture all RT spots, before attacking Hive/CC. Start out by memorizing all the RT spots, and then conquering one after another. For Marines it will be - 1/2/3/4/5/Hive and for Aliens 5/4/3/2/1/CC. If you are alien, and you are controlling RT Spot 5 (controlling means fully built), you need to protect it, and attack RT Spot 4. If you tried to attack RT Spot 3 - it''s useless, you can only do it after RT Spot 4 is fully built. That''s why it''s called Sequence.

Also, any alien lifeform is capable of building a RT spot, just by pressing "e".

В новый клиент входят команды help и info, при помощи которых можно получить информацию о самых важных настройках клиента и информации о данной сборке. Впервые совершенно новое оформление (ns blue). Клиент уже хорошо настроен под хорошую игру без лагов и включает множество скриптов, которые можно активировать при помощи одной кнопки.
